The present invention relates to a primer set for diagnosing the citrus virus in Satsuma dwarfvirus (SDV) system having the SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2 or SEQ ID NO: 3 and 4. The present invention uses the RT-PCR composition including the primer set to simultaneously diagnose the occurring citrus virus and a viral infection in advance to prevent the economic loss on a farmhouse′s end due to the infection.
