The present invention is configured to manufacture a thermally rearranged poly(benzoxazole-imide) membrane with a crosslinked structure by crosslinking and thermal rearrangement at the same time by only thermally treating an ortho-hydroxy polyimide membrane having a carboxylic acid, and to apply the same to gas separation. According to the present invention, a thermally rearranged poly(benzoxazole-imide) membrane with a crosslinked structure for gas separation can be manufactured by only thermal treatment without undergoing a chemical method for forming the crosslinked structure and a complicated process such as UV irradiation, and a membrane for gas separation manufactured by the same not only has excellent transmissivity and selectivity, but also us able to be industrialized by mass production by a simple manufacturing process.
