Provided is a composite formulation containing tadalafil or pharmaceutically acceptable salt of thereof, and amlodipine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt of thereof as an active ingredient, wherein sum of the tadalifil and the amlodipine exists in 6-16 parts by weight for 100 parts by weight of total weight of the formulation.
