In the present invention, provided are an impact absorbing pipe for marine structures and a manufacturing method thereof which extrudes pipes in a spiral shape, thereby efficiently enabling the pipe to withstand pressures and preventing the creation of crack on the pipe even though the pipe is exposed to outside wherein the manufacturing method is allowed to melt high density polyethylene resin (HDPE) in an extruder and to supply the same in a resin melting suppling step (S1) supplying the resin to a resin inlet hole to a resin spraying extruding hole, extruding the same, and comprises a pipe cooling step (S5) and a pipe cutting step (S6).
