The present technology relates to an ultra thin speaker and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides the ultra thin speaker and the manufacturing method thereof, capable of improving sound output efficiency by suppressing divided vibrations by uniformly driving the whole surface of a vibrating unit using DC magnetic flux and AC magnetic flux. The ultra thin speaker includes a cover part which concentrates the DC magnetic flux and the AC magnetic flux on a diaphragm, a permanent magnet which vibrates the diaphragm by attractive or repulsive forces with the diaphragm which is magnetized by a coil by forming a DC magnetic flux loop, the coil which magnetizes the diaphragm by forming an AC magnetic flux loop according to an AC direction, a guide unit for a guide, and the diaphragm which is magnetized by the AC magnetic flux loop formed in the coil and is vibrated by the attractive or repulsive forces with the permanent magnet. |
