The present invention relates to a swing bolt assembly for the housing cover. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the swing bolt assembly comprises: a swing bolt having a screw unit and a bolt head unit, which is able to pressurize or depressurize the housing cover of a filter housing when the screw unit is combined with a rotating block of the filter housing and has coupling grooves along the circumference of the bolt head unit thereon; a circular separation preventing cap having coupling unit therein to be coupled with coupling grooves; and a washer having through grooves therein for the swing bolt to pass through which is fixed in the separation preventing cap.
