The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an eco-friendly adhesive composition and an eco-friendly adhesive composition manufactured by same, the method comprising the steps of: producing a first mixture by mixing acryl resin, polyurethane resin, polyester resin, toluene diisocyanate trimer (TDI Trimer), cyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (H12MDI), toluene diisocyanate (TDI), methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI), and polypropylene (PPG) (step 1); producing a second mixture by mixing the first mixture with surfactant (step 2); and producing an eco-friendly adhesive composition by stirring the second mixture (step 3). Through the method, an eco-friendly adhesive composition without heavy metals and volatile organic compounds can be manufactured with a simpler process, can be cured rapidly, and has superior adhesive force and anti-yellowing. |
