TERMINAL DEVICE FOR CAR, DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CRACKING DOWN ON TRAFFIC VIOLATION

A terminal device for a car installed at cars running on the street and a device for cracking down on traffic violation to communicate with the terminal device are introduced in this present invention. It includes the first communications part to communicate with the terminal device for a car with WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicular Environments); the judging part to judge whether the car violates the traffic regulations or not using the car information when the car information including the car speed information recorded during the time set in advance from the terminal device for a car through the first communications part; the control part to control the first communications part to create the traffic violation information according to the result given by the judging part and to deliver the traffic violation information to the terminal device for a car.
