The task of the present invention, even when using a light guide plate of the laminated structure, is to prevent the risk of film deterioration and a mixture of foreign substances or air bubbles with a high flat accuracy of the front and back surface. The present invention includes: a light guide plate (2) having, therein, a plate member of the light-transparency, where a transflective reflective layer (3) is formed, and a layer or a resin layer of the adhesive (5) of light-transparency covering, uniformly, the light guide plate (2). The refractive index of the adhesive (5) layer or the resin layer is the refractive index different from the refractive index of the light guide plate (2), and the first surface of the adhesive (5) layer or the resin layer of the light exit surface side of the light guide plate (2) and the second surface of the adhesive (5) layer or the resin layer of the opposite surface side of the light exit surface of the light guide plate (2) are to be held parallel. |
