According to the present invention, a water-drip coffee maker has an extracted drinking water injection module, a coffee tank, an extraction container, and an integrated controller arranged in the vertical direction. More specifically, the water-drip coffee maker includes: the extracted drinking water injection module; a flow control module; the coffee tank storing the coffee to be extracted; the extraction container storing the extracted coffee; and the integrated controller controlling the extraction operation. The integrated controller includes: a solenoid value regulating the extracted drinking water; a load cell measuring the precise amount; an amplifier for amplifying a signal from the load cell; a controller unit regulating the solenoid value according to a pre-set amount; a device outputting light, sound, and images to transmit information to a user; and multiple switches controlling the device. The present invention controls the extraction time by using the flow control module and the extraction amount to be precise by using the load cell to implement the coffee flavor a user wants. The present invention also simplifies the extraction process to reduce the extraction process time and minimize the contamination factors. The present invention uses an ultraviolet disinfection sterilization device to sterilize the extracted coffee to ensure the sanitary thereof. |
