摘要 The present invention relates to a biofilter having a plurality of microorganism immobilization carriers laminated. The microorganism immobilization carrier comprises a supporting unit and a coating unit. The supporting unit has a flow path for a fluid penetrating the inside and is made of synthetic resin or ceramic. The coating unit is formed on the surface of the supporting unit, includes alginate, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), activated carbon and microorganisms, and has a plurality of micro pores. A method for manufacturing a biofilter comprises: a mixing step; a rotating step; a spraying step; a hardening step; and a laminating step. In the mixing step, a mixed solution including alginate, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), activated carbon and microorganisms are manufactured. The mixed solution may include at least one selected from polyurethane or polyethylene and zeolite, and the microorganisms may be inside Bacillus. In the rotating step, the supporting unit, which has a passage for a fluid penetrating the inside and is made of synthetic resin or ceramic, rotates. In the spraying step, the mixed solution is sprayed on the rotating supporting unit and the mixed solution is applied onto the surface of the supporting unit. In the hardening step, the coating unit is formed as the mixed solution applied to the supporting unit is hardened. In the laminating step, a plurality of microorganism immobilization carriers are laminated. According to the present invention, the degrading strains of an organic material to be treated can be covered and immobilized in advance. Moreover, the efficiency of biological treatment using microorganisms can be increased by preventing the generation of sludge and the occurrence of a channeling phenomenon due to excellent porosity and mechanical properties of a filter.
