The present invention relates to a big data engine for structured and unstructured data for factory operation management and a processing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology of processing unstructured data as well as structured data in a factory operation management system. Accordingly, the big data engine includes a data reception unit, a data storage unit, and a data processing unit. The data reception unit receives data of multiple types from a factory on a real-time basis. The data storage unit extracts and stores structured and unstructured data relevant to the factory operation management from the data of multiple types. The data processing unit dispersedly process the structured and unstructured data stored. The present invention can extract the structured and unstructured big data relevant to the factory operation management from the data of multiple types received from the factory and stores and processes the data in a dispersed manner to efficiently manage the factory. |
