The present invention relates to a high-speed shear type micro-bubble generator. The micro-bubble generator includes: a pipe body unit (32) which has a hollow space on the inside and both ends; a rotary shaft (43) arranged in the pipe body unit (32) to rotate; and a shear unit (38) which is connected to an end of the rotary shaft (43) to be rotated as the rotary shaft (43) rotates. A comb pattern structure (35) including comb teeth units is formed on an end of the pipe body unit (32), the shear unit (38) is spaced apart from the comb pattern structure (35). The shear unit (38) passes through the space there-between to cut off the air discharged to the outside through the comb teeth.
