According to the present invention, an unmanned surveillance robot system comprises: a moving route structure; a base connected to the moving route structure to be moved along the moving route structure; and a surveillance flying robot mounted on the base and capable of flying. The present invention complements a limited surveillance area of the surveillance flying robot in a surveillance activity of a wide area.
