The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing a project, capable of improving the completeness of the project using an issue point table. The method comprises the steps of receiving and requesting authentication of a user terminal; confirming whether a reading condition of information or a reading request of a project stored or the provision of a new project from a user terminal; providing the issue point table for a project stored in a database when a reading request of the stored project is requested from the user terminal; storing information of inputters who input the information and additional solutions, or an additional problem when the additional solution for the additional problem or the additional problem for the project are inputted through the issue point table from the user terminal; updating a project corresponding to the information of the inputters who input the stored additional problem or the additional solution; and updating a statistical part in order to statistically compare project participation degrees in each person. The issue point table has a shape formed as a table, a position of a primary problem (purpose space), and a primary solution (action space); provides an inherent row number at a left side of the primary solution; has an additional problem (derived problem space) and an additional solution (follow-up problem space) in a horizontal direction (right direction) of the primary solution; has a successive row number space at a right side of the additional solution (follow-up action space); and has a cause row number space between the primary solution (action space) and the additional problem (derived problem space). |
