The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a spring and, more specifically, relates to a method to manufacture a connector spring applied to a pipe connector to connect to a plurality of pipes. According to the present invention, the method to manufacture a connector spring applied to a pipe connector to connect the plurality of pipes comprises: (i) a step of linearly processing a material to be used as a spring; (ii) a step of preparing a mandrel; (iii) a step of diagonally winding the processed linear material to be a spring; (iv) a step of forming the mandrel on which the linear material to be a spring by pressing the mandrel with a pressure member; (v) a step of separating the formed spring from the mandrel; and (vi) a step of cutting the separated spring. According to the present invention, the manufacturing process becomes simpler, and the spring with a shape which a user wants can easily be manufactured. |
