The disposable micro cuvette has a slot-shaped cavity, which is limited in a partial area by two parallel cuvette walls. The cuvette walls are coated partially with a dried hemolysis agent on its surface. The hemolysis agent is soluble through whole blood, and is suitable for hemolysis of blood cells. An additive is precipitated on the walls with the hemolysis agent. The additive has the form of an inert salt or a mixture of inert salts.
