The present invention relates to a conductive layer and a manufacturing method thereof which comprises a substrate; a first metal layer positioned on the substrate; and a blackening layer disposed between the substrate and the first metal layer, and including a second metal layer disposed on a compound layer including an amino group and a compound layer including the amino group. The conductive layer has high visibility by reducing reflectivity of a rear side of a metal layer which is an exposed surface to people′s eyes, has high optical and electrical characteristics because the width of patterned metal is very fine, and also has high flexibility because a film material can be used therein. |
