摘要 The present invention relates to a preparation method of Soju containing a peach and Soju containing a peach prepared thereby. According to the present invention, the peach Soju has an improved flavor by preserving a peach scent and removing a peculiar scent from the grain wine. The preparation method of the peach Soju comprises the steps of preparing and fermenting crude liquor, and preparing and fermenting additional liquor; filtering the fermented liquor; and distilling and aging the filtered liquor, wherein distillate obtained by distilling a mixture of peach, water, and hubs is added into the distillate obtained in the distillation step and then aged.
