The objective of the present invention is to provide a hard coating film with excellent transparency, a transparent conductive film and a capacitance touch panel having the hard coating film, wherein the excellent transparency of the hard coating film is obtained by preventing the hard coating films from being blocked one another. For achieving the purpose of the invention, the hard coating film has a hard coating layer at least one side of a base film wherein a predetermined haze value of the hard coating film is at most 1.0%, and the hard coating layer includes at least (A) energy beam curing resin, and (B) hydrophobicating silica sol, which are a cured product of the hard coating layer formation material, an amount of the (B) hydrophobicating silica sol mixture is a value ranged of 0.3 to 25 parts by weight, in a solid conversion, based on 100 parts by weight of the (A) energy beam curing resin, and the (B) hydrophobicating silica sol is segregated on a surface of an opposite side from the base film of the hard coating layer in which formation material of the hard coating layer is cured. |
