In the present invention, disclosed is a clamp apparatus for practical training materials, which comes in and out of grooves on practical training materials, when taking a first position, and is controlled to be rotated while lifting, when taking a second position, thereby preventing friction between the practical training materials and the rotating clamp, and pressurizing and fixing the practical training materials with use of a hook (21) wherein the hook (21) is not rubbed with the practical training materials, even though frequent operation is made, and is accordingly not worn out, thereby leading to longevity of the clamp apparatus. |
