1. A method for transmitting data from a radio communication network infrastructure to a receiving device over a plurality of radio links, said data being organized into a sequence of symbols, the method comprising:
encoding, according to an error correction coding scheme, data to be transmitted in order to produce a set of systematic symbols and a set of corresponding redundancy symbols; transmitting, over a first radio link among said plurality of radio links, in broadcast mode, systematic symbols and a first subset of the set of corresponding redundancy symbols; transmitting, over a second radio link among said plurality of radio links, distinct from the first one, a second subset of the set of corresponding redundancy symbols, wherein the radio communication network infrastructure comprises a first and a second subsystem, and the systematic symbols in the first subset of the set of corresponding redundancy symbols are transmitted in broadcast mode to the receiving device by the first subsystem, and the second subset of corresponding redundancy symbols is transmitted by the second subsystem.
