The present invention relates to a heat transfer device manufacturing method using the pre-treatment process including a pre-coating operation to significantly increase the productivity and process convenience and enhance the heat transfer efficiency. Accordingly, the method includes the steps of: preparing a liner and a spacer forming a flow path; pre-coating a bonding layer on the spacer, liner, or both; and pressing the spacer with the bonding layer through a corrugation process to bond the spacer to the liner. The present invention can simplify the complex adhesive coating and lamination processes to significantly increase the production efficiency and manufacture heat transfer devices at a competitive cost. The present invention simplifies the adhesive coating process and requires relatively relax conditions regarding the details of the processes. Accordingly, a heat transfer medium and a moisture absorbing means can be added to increase the heat transfer efficiency of the heat transfer device. |
