Disclosed are a cooling system and a cooling method of rolled steel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooling system of rolled steel comprises: a hood system transferring and cooling rolled steel from an influx unit to an integration unit, and located to be separated at the top of rolled steel seated on a transferring device, and supplying superheated air or superheated steam generated when rolled steel is cooled; and a boiler heating supplied water by using superheated air or superheated steam supplied from the hood system as heat sources, and generating steam. |
