The present invention is a reinforcement structure for poor ground and a construction method of the same, wherein the reinforcement structure includes: sheets arranged on a poor ground while crossing each other; a mounting member formed on upper surfaces of cross-portions where the sheets cross each other; and a top pile comprising a top part which has a wider upper part and a narrower lower part to be mounted on the mounting member and a mounting part formed at the center of the lower surface of the top part. By using this structure, construction work may be performed on a poor ground. A semi-circular seating member is formed at portions where sheets cross each other, and the top pile without a main body of the pile is mounted in and coupled to the mounting member, thereby securing proper function of the structure without any damage caused by stress of load.
