In the present invention, provided is a disposable sleeping bag, which has good heat insulation and thermokeeping property and is light due to air pockets with charged air while outstanding durability, thereby being hardly torn and manufactured at an affordable price, comprising a heat insulation sheet made from polyethylene materials in which air pockets are continuously arranged in upper, down, left and right direction; and a waterproof material sheet made by foaming polyethylene which adheres to the surface on the heat insulation sheet. |
