A method of transmitting/receiving a signal in a mobile communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a step of receiving a signal including at least one of synchronization information and source allocation information from a base station; a step of transmitting at least one of the synchronization information and the source allocation information to another terminal; and a step of receiving a signal based on the synchronization information through an allocated channel based on the source allocation information from the terminal. According to the present specification, a terminal which does not obtain separate synchronization can obtain synchronization from a base station through another terminal. D2D communication with high reliability can be performed by receiving authentication and security related information. Also, communication efficiency can be improved by transmitting/receiving D2D related information between terminals through a limited source.
