The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent display device which comprises: a drive transistor to drive an organic light emitting diode, and including a semiconductor layer formed of an oxide semiconductor material; a first transistor including a semiconductor layer formed of an oxide semiconductor material, controlled by a scan signal, and connected between a reference voltage line and a first node of the drive transistor; a second transistor including a semiconductor layer formed of an oxide semiconductor material, controlled by a scan signal commonly supplied by a gate line, and connected between a data line and a second node of the drive transistor; a first plate formed of an oxide semiconductor material having improved conductive properties, and connected to the semiconductor layer of the drive transistor and the semiconductor layer of the first transistor; a second plate located on the first plate, and connected to the semiconductor layer of the second transistor and a gate electrode of the drive transistor; and a pixel electrode of the organic light emitting diode located on the second plate, and connected to the first plate through a contact hole. |
