Disclosed is a dehumidifier capable of preventing a condensate leakage capable of preventing the condensate leakage from a water receiver to the inside of a housing when a water tank storing condensate is separated. The disclosed dehumidifier capable of preventing the condensate leakage includes the housing; an evaporator formed inside the housing; the water receiver formed on the lower side of the evaporator, receiving condensate dropped from the evaporator, and having a water discharge unit through which the received condensate is discharged; the water tank formed on the lower side of the water receiver, storing the condensate discharged through the water discharge unit of the water receiver, and installed to the housing to be separated; and an opening and closing valve formed on the water discharge unit of the water receiver to open and close the water discharge unit according to the installation and separation of the water tank, opening the water discharge unit when the water tank is inserted into the housing, guiding the condensate discharged through the water discharge unit to the water tank, and closing the water discharge unit when the water tank is separated from the housing. The dehumidifier capable of preventing the condensate leakage is capable of obtaining an effect user convenience and hygiene by automatically preventing the condensate leakage from the water receiver when the water tank is separated from the housing. |
