The present invention relates to an antibody capable of detecting a wide range of antibiotics in beta-lactam, tetracycline, sulfonamide, and quinolone families. The present invention also relates to an antigen reacting to the antibody, a detection kit including the antigen, and a method for detecting the residue antibiotics in animal products and marine products by using the antibody. The antibody according to the present invention can be used to recognize the residue antibiotics in a simple to quickly detect the residue antibiotics in the animal products and marine products. More specifically, the present invention provides the antibody, the antigen producing the antibody, the detection method coupling an enzyme to the protein A to use the coupled enzyme as a marking means, and a detection kit thereof. |
