This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for processing, transmitting and displaying data received from an analyte sensor, such as a glucose sensor. The system may include a display device with at least one input device. In response to movement of or along the input device, the display device may change a glucose data output parameter and update an output of the display device using the changed output parameter.

1. A glucose monitoring system comprising:
a display device configured to receive sensor information generated from a sensor electronics module physically connected to a continuous analyte sensor, wherein the display device comprises:
a storage device configured to store at least some of the sensor information;a display; andat least one input device;wherein the display device is configured to display glucose values in a first measurement unit and a second measurement unit different from the first measurement unit,wherein the display device displays each digit of a glucose value in a uniform visual format when displaying the glucose values in the first measurement unit, andwherein the display device displays some digits of a glucose value in a distinct visual format from one or more other digits of the glucose value when displaying the glucoses values in the second measurement unit.
