The present invention relates to a method for treating organic waste liquid including sludge and waste water by using solvent extraction, comprising the steps of: mixing the organic waste liquid and a solvent so as to extract at least a part of the sludge by the solvent; separating the waste water and the solvent after the extraction; and primarily separating the solvent and the sludge.
