The present invention relates to a method for coating of pipes and joints for preventing corrosion. The method includes a blasting process(step S1) to clean a steep pipe and the surface of a joint; an adhesive coating process(step S2) to coat the adhesive on the steel pipe or the surface of a joint; a first butyric tape coiling process(step S3) to firstly wind double base butyric tape on the steel pipe or the surface of a joint; a second butyric tape coiling process(step S4) to secondly wind the double base butyric tape on the steel pipe or the surface of a joint; and a coating fluid coating process(step S5) to coat the steel pipe or the surface of a joint with the coating fluid of polyurethane type after the second butyric tape coiling process(step S4). The adhesive is coated on the pipe and the surface of the joint for the pipe connection to prevent the corrosion of the pipe and the joint for the pipe connection. The corrosion of the pipe and the joint for the pipe connection is prevented by coating an outside coating agent after being wound twice with the double base butyric tape. Besides, the mixed material of the polyurethane type as the outside coating agent can be used by mixing polyurethane and polyurea. Therefore, the mechanical, physical and chemical materialistic nature is excellent, the thickness of the relevant type can be controlled without any limit and the process is simple which minimizes the cost for the process. Accordingly, it is a very useful invention with great economic benefits. |
