1. A fluid delivery device comprising:
a body having a first inlet, a first fluid delivery passageway extending from the first inlet, and a second fluid delivery passageway; a cannula having a portion that is coaxial with a portion of one of the first and second fluid delivery passageways; and a passageway closing structure oriented in a first position that substantially prevents fluid from flowing from the first inlet through the first fluid delivery passageway and out of the body, while allowing fluid to flow through the second fluid delivery passageway; the passageway closing structure being movable to a second position that substantially prevents fluid from flowing through the second fluid delivery passageway while allowing fluid to flow through the first fluid delivery passageway.
