The present invention relates to Bacillus licheniformis SCK A08 strains (KCCM 11450P) having an antimicrobial activity against harmful microorganisms in paste products and a biogenic amine decomposition activity, an antimicrobial microbial agent against the harmful microorganisms in the paste products including the strains or the culture medium of the strains as an active ingredient, a method for preparing the antimicrobial microbial agent against the harmful microorganisms in the paste products including a step of culturing the strains, a food product including the strains, and a method for controlling the harmful microorganisms in the paste products including a step of treating the paste products with the strains or the culture medium thereof. The present invention uses the Bacillus licheniformis SCK A08 strains to prepare non-toxic paste products and be utilized in the food industry.
