The present invention relates to a lens module assembly device that reduces the waiting time of a lens and a part inserted into a body tube by arranging a lens module assembly device in a series to correspond to the number of lenses inserted in a body tube and keeping an alignment of many lenses and body tubes to be performed continuously through sensing lens vision and body tube vision fixed in each lens module assembly device. The device includes an assembly base; lens vision and body tube vision to be installed to the assembly base in a fixed way and to sense containing conditions of the lens and the body tube to get many lenses and body tubes contained in a supplied lens tray and a body tube tray to be aligned; a body tube transporting part to move on X-Y axis to get the lens and parts provided from a part supply unit to be inserted in the body tube by transporting the body tube tray to the lower side of the body tube vision; a lens picking method and a part picking method to pick the lens and the parts individually and insert them in order to the body tube of the body tube tray; and a body tube emitting part to be provided with the body tube tray whose lens and part insertion is completed from the body tube transporting part and emitted.
