The present invention discloses a marketing service method to provide information on customers and branch offices on a telemarketer′s terminal after receiving information on target customers, branch offices, and promotional events. A marketing server receives information on target customers, marketer′s branch offices, and promotional events from a marketer′s server, and transmits the information to more than one terminal on the telemarketer′s side which performs the marketning on customers. Upon request of the telemarketer′s terminal, the terminal is linked with the user terminal. In the above embodiment of the present invention, a change in branch office information can be made by a simple branch office code registration in an external telemarketing server without changing the source data. |
