Disclosed is a customer-oriented system, apparatus and method for supporting product purchase. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the customer-oriented apparatus for supporting a product purchase comprises: a communication unit which performs a data communication between a POS terminal device and a customer terminal device; a coupon issuing unit in which an applicable electronic coupon is issued by exploring a coupon DB when goods information which a customer purchases is received from the POS terminal device; a data storage unit which stores data received or generated in the course of performing the data communication between the POS terminal device and the customer terminal device; a discount rate calculating unit which calculates a discount rate for a scheduled purchasing goods list using information on the electronic coupon as previously transmitted, when the scheduled purchasing goods list is received from the customer terminal device through the communication unit; and a controller which controls a mutual data transmission and operations of the communication unit, the discount rate calculating unit and the coupon issuing unit, and controls the electronic coupon to be transmitted to the customer terminal device corresponding to intrinsic information when the intrinsic information of the customer is received from the POS terminal device. Therefore, there is the effect of supporting consumption living and a purchasing plan, etc. |
