The present invention relates to an image carry-out system of a monitoring camera having a preview function which extracts a static image of a point where a certain event such as the number of people, a facial recognition, a car number recognition, a screen change, etc. in an image of the monitoring camera takes place, and comprises a preview image with the same. The present invention comprises: a user certification portion for certifying a user of a terminal, determining a security grade for the user, and where a range of an object to protect, which distorts when shown on the image of the monitoring camera, is determined by the security grade of the user; a preview generation portion for producing and storing the static image of a point where the event takes place in the image of the monitoring camera, and where the image is changed in order to make the image of the monitoring camera correspond to a preset condition; an image code portion for coding the image of the monitoring camera, and coding by distoring an image area of the object to protect shown in the image of the monitoring camera in accordance with the determined range of the object to protect; an image search portion for searching a location and filming time of the monitoring camera which films the image of the monitoring camera, and providing the preview image made of static images of the searched image of the monitoring camera; and an image transfer portion for transferring the searched image of the monitoring camera to the user′s terminal. According to the system, the present invention enables to reduce the amount of the image, which is taken out, by only taking out an image which a taker needs, and to reduce a possibility of data spill thereby. |
