The present invention relates to a matte heat-shrinkable polyester film. More specifically, the polyester film has excellent basis properties regarding the heat resistance, printing properties, solvent bonding properties, shrinkage uniformity, and stretching processability. The polyester film does not require an additional matt coating process for a coextruded base film. Accordingly, the present invention can ensure the time stability and reduce the costs. The polyester film has excellent antistatic performance and post-processability. According to the present invention, the matte heat-shrinkable polyester film includes coating layers formed by coating a matt coating composition on one or both surfaces of a polyester base film.
