The present invention relates to a method for allowing consumers to pay for product′s purchasing rights to an information provider when the consumers, who desires to have specific information through a wired/wireless network, obtain information from the information provider, and an intermediary system for processing the method. The invention comprises: a process for the consumers to acquire information through the intermediary system; a process for the consumers to make payments for the information; a process for the intermediary system to process the usage; a process for the information provider to supply information; and a process to receive compensation for the information. The intermediary system lowers prices by making volume purchases of certain products, and the information provider earns the right to buy the products at lower prices by providing the information. The information consumer pays the cost of information depending on the number of times the information provider acquires the products′ purchasing rights.
