The external floor coating (1) comprises a cement concrete produced by mixing water, cement and sedimentary limestone granulates. The granulates are constituted of a predetermined mixture of limestone sand (30%) and limestone chippings (70%). The chippings comprise rice grains having a dimension of 2-6 mm. The concrete comprises 250 kg of cement per cm 3>of granulates, where a proportion of water and cement is 1/2, and further comprises an additive colorant based of metal oxides and synthetic fibers. An independent claim is included for a process for producing an external floor coating.
