According to the present invention, a twisting jump exercise device includes: a support plate unit; a vertical strut unit which has a side coupled to the support plate unit by a hinge to be bent to the left and right; a foot pad which is coupled to the other side of the vertical strut unit by another hinge; and an elastic body unit which is elastically deformed when the foot pad is pressed to bend the vertical strut unit to the left or right to elastically restore the form of the vertical strut unit. |
