The present invention relates to a short-term red pepper storage apparatus used in a farm. According to the present invention, the short-term red pepper storage apparatus includes: a frame which is formed by multiple horizontal and vertical bars to have open upper and side surface areas in four directions except the floor and includes multiple vent holes on the internal space to store red pepper container boxes loaded in the internal space; a coercive air discharging apparatus which is installed on the horizontal and vertical bars selected to close one selected side surface area; and a cover member which is detachably coupled to the frame to cover the upper and side surface areas of the frame not installed with the coercive air discharging apparatus. The red pepper container boxes are loaded in the internal space of the frame. After the cover member is installed on the upper and side surface areas of the frame not installed with the coercive air discharging apparatus, the coercive air discharging apparatus is operated to forcefully discharge the air and moisture in the internal space. The present invention can forcefully discharge the air in the internal space of the frame when loading the harvested red peppers in a room temperature to remove the moisture from the surface of the red peppers to reduce the decay rate thereof. Accordingly, the present invention can provide high-quality dried peppers.
