A waveguide-coaxial line adaptor and a reference standard apparatus for microwave power using thereof are provided. The waveguide-coaxial line adaptor comprises: a waveguide flange part connected electrically to a waveguide; an internal conductor connected to the waveguide flange part using a capacitor and connected to a first signal line inserted in from the outside; and an outside conductor formed to surround the internal conductor to be combined to the waveguide flange part and connected to a second signal line pulled in from the outside.
