The present invention relates to an apparatus for sorting a filler material including two or more materials mixed together. The sortion apparatus includes: a table: which has two among the x, y, and z axes tilted by a predetermined angle and moves in a reciprocating motion along one of the x, y, and z axes; a filler material supply unit which supplies the filler material including two or more materials mixed together to a side of the table; a pressure water supply unit which supplies the water at a predetermined pressure from the side of the table the filler material supply unit is arranged on and the opposite side; and a collection unit which collects the filler material sorted by the water supplied from the pressure water supply unit and the reciprocating motion of the table. Accordingly, the present invention can sort two or more of the materials with high purity.
