According to the present invention, provided are a water supply pipe network system comprising: a desalination facility (10) to make seawater into fresh water; a plurality of fresh water storage tanks (20) which receives fresh water from the desalination facility (10) and stores rainwater; and a fresh water pipe (30) to connect the fresh water storage tanks (20) together to allow the flow of fresh water between the fresh water storage tanks (20) and a water supply method using the same. The fresh water storage tanks (20) are different in height to allow fresh water to flow through the fresh water storage tanks (20) in a natural flow manner.
