<p>The arrangement has a hub cap (10) allowing access to a bulb of a lighting device or flasher of a car and mounted and dismounted on a shield (11). A clamping unit is cooperated between parts of the cap and the shield, and fixes the cap on the shield. The clamping unit is arranged in such a way that deactivation of fixing of the cap on the shield is controlled from an external side of the shield by manual displacement of the cap without tool with respect to the shield, where the displacement comprises a component in a plane perpendicular to a plane tangent to the shield at a level of the cap.</p> |
