The present invention relates to a method for preparing solid fermented fish sauce powder. The method includes: a solid substance collection step of collecting the solid substance floating in a fish sauce fermentation tank; a meat ingredient extraction step of extracting the meat ingredients from the solid substance; and a drying step of obtaining dry powder by drying the extracted meat ingredients. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce the solid waste and effectively utilize the ingredients thereof.
