According to an embodiment of the present invention, a lighting system includes: a digital addressable lighting interface (DALI) master unit which is connected to and communicates with a management server; an operating unit which operates a lighting device including an LED; and a signal conversion unit which is connected to and communicates with the DALI master unit through DALI communication protocols and is connected to and communicates with the operating unit through wireless communication protocols. The signal conversion unit interconverts the signals exchanged through the DALI communication protocols and wireless communication protocols to control the communication between the operating unit and the DALI master unit.
